99 Alumina Ceramic Custom Finishing
High temperature resistant alumina ceramic hotplate heating plate
Aluminium oxide ceramic is the best known and most commonly used fine ceramic material. It has the same sintered crystals as sapphire and ruby. Alumina ceramics is a ceramic material based on aluminium oxide (Al2O3). As alumina ceramics have a series of advantages such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and high hardness, they can be used in harsh working environments as an alternative to metallic materials and organic polymer materials.
As an indispensable and important material, it has a broad application prospect in the fields of energy, aerospace, machinery, automobile, electronics and chemistry. These alumina ceramics are made into ceramic heating parts, alumina ceramic rods, ceramic shafts for pumps, ceramic seals for water pumps.
This ceramic has AL2O3 as the main component (AL2O3 mass fraction >45%). According to the content of AL2O3, it can be divided into 75% alumina ceramics, 95% alumina ceramics and 99% alumina ceramics.
