Material properties:
Silicon nitride ceramics are inorganic materials that do not shrink when sintered. Silicon nitride is very strong, especially hot pressed silicon nitride, and is one of the hardest substances in the world. It is inherently lubricious and is highly resistant to wear and corrosion, and to oxidation at high temperatures. It is also resistant to hot and cold shocks, and will not shatter when heated to over 1000 °C in air, cooled sharply and then heated sharply again.
Application industry:
Machinery, electronic, semiconductor, chemical, petroleum, smelt. |
Specific application:
Welding shaft, electronic substrate, plunger, nozzle, slide guide, diesel parts, metal molding, shaft wheels etc. |
