The company has a strong technical level in the processing and manufacturing of industrial ceramics (i.e. zirconia, alumina, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, aluminum nitride, etc.), hard alloys (such as tungsten steels,) non-standard precision parts. (1) shaft: roundness 0.002 mm, concentricity 0.002 mm, finish Ra0.1 ;
(2) Hole: minimum processing hole diameter 0.2 mm, depth up to 6 mm (depending on the material);
(3) groove (seam): minimum processing 0.1mm narrow groove, as well as a variety of shapes of the groove;
(4) plane: the minimum thickness of 0.1MM sheet can be processed, parallelism 0.001mm, measurement tolerance 0.001 mm, finish Ra0.1;
(5) Thread: the minimum can be processed M2 internal thread, precision GB-7h, external thread size is not limited,precision GB-6g
