Overview

Alumina ceramic tube sleeves, with their excellent physical and chemical properties, are widely used as protective or barrier layers in several industries.

Designed with a variety of structural forms, these tube sleeves are intended to suit different application environments and functional requirements. Key features include high density, excellent abrasion and temperature resistance, and superior electrical insulation properties.


Aluminium oxide ceramics have a density of up to 3.85 g/cm³, ensuring stability and durability under high loads. At the same time, the Vickers hardness of 15.7 GPa enables it to maintain good mechanical properties in extreme environments.

Product Description

Aluminium ceramic tube sleeves first and foremost play an important role in the electronics industry. Due to its non-conductive nature, it can be used as a protective layer for wires or sensitive electronic components against electrical interference and environmental factors. In addition, its excellent resistance to thermal shock and its ability to withstand temperature variations of up to 200°C make it outstanding in high-temperature operating environments, e.g. up to a maximum operating temperature of 1,650°C.

Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3)


Alumina ceramics are ceramic materials based on alumina (Al2O3) used in thick film integrated circuits. 

Alumina ceramics have good electrical conductivity, mechanical strength and high temperature resistance. It should be noted that ultrasonic cleaning is required. Alumina ceramic is a kind of multifunctional ceramic. Due to its superior performance, it has been widely used in modern society to meet the needs of daily use and special performance.

Alumina ceramics are divided into high purity type and ordinary type.
The Al2O3 content of high purity alumina ceramics is more than 99.9%. Because the sintering temperature is as high as 1650-1990°C and the transmission wavelength is 1 to 6μm, molten glass is generally used instead of platinum crucible. Alkali metal corrosion resistance used as sodium lamp; It can be used as integrated circuit board and high frequency insulation material in the electronics industry.
